With over six years of experience in the architecture and design industry, Meaghen is a Creative Director at Norm Li, where she drives the art direction of rendering and animation projects at all levels of the process with her team. This includes creating project mood boards, reviewing work on a daily basis, client management, and developing artistic processes to push the #alwaybetter motto of Norm Li.

She has extensive experience with managing large architectural, real estate marketing, and design rendering projects, always seeking to balance the creative vision of projects that satisfy the functional needs of clients while also ensuring her team consistently delivers high-quality work that satisfies their creative goals. Meaghen strives to build strong relationships with both her team and clients to achieve the best work possible.

Meaghen holds a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) degree from the renowned McGill School of Architecture in Montreal, Canada.
