2024 CGarchitect 3D Awards

John Szot is an award winning architect and founding partner of Brooklyn Digital Foundry. His work related to computer graphics and building design has been exhibited widely, including at the Shenzhen Architecture Biennial, SIGGRAPH, the Museum of Modern Art, the WNDX Festival of the Moving Image, the Pinkcomma Gallery, and the Art Institute of Chicago. In addition to his role as a creative director at the Foundry, he has held teaching positions at the Pratt Institute, Columbia University, the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Oregon, and Parsons New School for Design. The Foundry has been previously recognized by CGArchitect - in 2014 for Best Non-Comissioned Film and in 2023 as CG Artist of the Year.
