Created to help introduce the new office location designed and occupied by Architectural Nexus, Inc., located in Sacramento, California (aka Arch Nexus SAC). The newly constructed office building is pursuing Living Building Certification, with the 12 month performance review period already under way. Successfully making it through the review period will make Arch Nexus SAC the first Certified Living Building in the state of California. Because the Living Building Challenge is geared toward not only regenerative design, but instilling into individuals that they are the catalyst for change as well, this short video is intended to focus on the human scale of architecture.
