Mike Secrist of F13 Design Studio Created the image for the Verve Partnership and their client, The Cordish Co.

The image was used to help with design and marketing. It depicts a Lounge/Kitchen area within the Collaborative Office Space, where startup companies can get together, hang out and share ideas, during and after hours. The kitchen contains a coffee bar as well as a beer tap. The lounge area has a couple of lounge areas, and game tables (not all shown in image)

The project was modeled, using SketchUp and 3DS Max, rendered using Mental Ray and Photoshop for post production.
