CITY POINT is a mixed use development at the center of Downtown Brooklyn encompassing 1.8 million square feet. Phase One, known as One DeKalb, is a 50,000 square foot, four-story retail building. Phase Two consists of a 225,000 gsf affordable housing tower, a 335,000 gsf market-rate housing tower, and 660,000 gsf of retail seamlessly connected to One DeKalb and including a permanent market hall for the surrounding community.
