Notes
"In The Sky" was my project intended to compete in the Evermotion Challenge 2023. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to officially present it. The original concept revolved around a cabin, as required by the contest, but I decided to transform it to adapt it to the arid landscape of the Mexican desert, using corten steel for its structure. I wanted this cabin to organically merge with its desert environment, integrating harmoniously into the landscape. The essence of "In The Sky" lies in its strategic location atop a mountain, from where one can contemplate the vastness of the Mexican desert. I envisioned clouds descending enough to envelop the landscape, creating the illusion of being literally in the sky. This effect, combined with the immensity and serenity of the desert, would provide a unique and captivating experience for visitors. From the outset, my goal was to create something entirely original and unique. The entire process, from 3D modeling to the smallest details, was done digitally, allowing me to capture my vision with precision and detail. Every aspect of "In The Sky" was carefully designed to offer an unforgettable sensory and visual experience that celebrates the beauty and grandeur of the Mexican desert in all its magnificence.
