Experience the heart of Houston. Occupying five blocks along McKinney street, the new Houston Center engages visitors and users by activating the streetscape on both sides of the street. Intuitively and visually connecting the building podium levels to the street, Houston Center creates “a sense of place” in its heart, the central plaza.

Brookfield Properties is redeveloping the 4.2 million square feet office property, which was acquired in one of the city’s largest office transactions ever. Kilograph was pleased to partner with Brookfield to visualize this remarkable reposition — creating stills, a marketing film, and a property website that showcase the unique opportunity that is Houston Center.

Notable use of animated props was used to connect fully 3D environments, live-action footage mixed with 3D, and fully live-action environments together into one narrative.
