SINE WAVES

Floreasca Residence is a residential complex on an underdeveloped property on Bucharest’s most exclusive lake. Most of the area surrounding the lake is prime property and has very high end developments, but a part of it was left unattended and it represents the passage between the city center with a strong mixed urban vibe to luxury residential real estate. Our client designed it as a more natural extension of the city cozy community engagement to the luxury residential area. From an aesthetic point of view the project was treated like a smooth and subtle transition between the rest of the city and the luxury area.

In this case, GRAPHROOT’s main challenge was delivering an imagery that would show how community engagement and bringing the urban coziness was introduced in an otherwise segregated space. We chose this view as it best illustrates how the city can be inserted within the luxury residential fabric as a connecting element within a socially segregated living area.
