The New MNIR | Mirror
The New MNIR project is an extension of the 1900 museum. Our client's focus was to handle the main functional need of space for exhibit area while saving as much as possible of the interior garden.
Graphroot's main challenge was to showcase the seamless integration of the new ribbon-like structure with the old building while emphasizing on the extra open-air public space created by the architectural design.

Mirror illustration was our solution for capturing the project's most important design features: new-old integration, urban vegetation, cultural hub. The angle and the chosen time-frame best highlight how an old institution can become a core cultural hub for the present community by upgrading the social urban fabric.
