When tasked with creating a sales application for the Brookfield Development in San Marcos, California, Transparent House developed a cost-effective and time-efficient universal template for three distinct neighborhoods and their respective home models. Although they operate on an identical platform, each model, such as that of the Vientos neighborhood home tour submitted, employs different floor plans, images and assets to retain its individuality.

The campaign features a variety of tools and assets; perhaps the most impressive is the interactive real-time walkthrough experience powered by Unreal Engine. This tool, setup as a desktop kiosk version, allows the user to completely browse the unit at their own pace and direction. Leveraging assets prepared from the photorealistic renderings we produced for this project, we were able to create a stunning space that truly showcases the quality and spaciousness of Brookfield Homes while still adding an extra level of interactivity and flair that helps the salesforce in their marketing efforts.
