EMPIRE MAVERICK

In order to market, promote and create awareness of the latest Empire communities' high-rise upscale condominium located in the downtown core, our team proposed an unconventional video that sets the tone of the future project's character. Maverick: An unorthodox lifestyle.
4 main characters represent the project's innovative lifestyle, who bring to life the Maverick manifesto. A set of 10 principles that compose the community unique offering.

The overall video is a teaser intended to bring awareness of the unique offering of the project while driving traffic to the landing page, website and sales centre.

Our team carefully design, story-boarded, art directed, produced and composed each scene to achieve the immaculate look and feel throughout the video.
