In an effort to increase pre-sale efforts at The Boulevard development in Dublin, CA, we teamed up with Brookfield Homes to produce a marketing campaign for their rec center. To draw “outside-the-box” attention to their sales center we decided to generate some buzz by producing an interactive, walk-through experience of a fantastic amenity space. We deployed the experience as a web embedded QTVR and a mobile VR experience for use by the on-site sales staff.
Leveraging our core skills in photorealistic architectural visualization, we brought the same high level of quality to the experience as we do for our traditional deliverables like renderings and animation. The interactive experience turned hugely successful due to its visual quality and ease of use. Adding this to an already impressive suite of marketing collateral allowed Brookfield homes to sell out their inventory well in advance of project completion.
