The Vanguard Project we have provided is a condominium expected to be built in the North York area of Toronto, Canada. The goal of the project was to achieve realistic visualizations while maintaining the importance of architectural detail and accuracy. Great emphasis has gone into both the exterior details of the project as well the interior. Our exterior interactive portion of the Vanguard projects includes accurate light & shadow studies, as well as accurate environmental models in respects to surrounding structures. The interior interactive portion was created to showcase the developers' keen sense of design and will be used as a huge selling opportunity towards their customers and clients. Quality of workmanship was the main area of focus in both the exterior and interior portions of the interactive model, allowing our clients to fully visualize their visions prior to any physical work needing to be done.
