MARKHAM SQUARE
The video campaign was composed of a 2-minute full HD Video, 4 x 15 second versions for social media as well as a 30 second spot for broadcast, all used to promote Markham Square as a sought-after residential destination and incredible opportunity to own. Given the nature of the primary target market (Investors, young professionals) it was required to have a video that not only entice interested buyers about the community, but also explained all the key features of the location, area, Architecture, amenities and the open nature of the suite offering.
The key concept on the creative and graphics side, was highlighting Markham’s strong technology hub, while connecting with a higher level of sophistication. This evolved in sophisticated holographic graphics made out of golden particles that would connect or introduce different scenes of the video, connecting with the community branding from other pieces of the overall marketing campaign.
Our team carefully story-boarded, and art directed each scene to achieve the immaculate look and feel throughout the video. A series of drone footage, and on location B-roll footage was intertwined with 3D animations and hyper realistic visualizations of the future community. The end result gave a clear idea of the total offering from the community to the Target Market.
Results:
Used on the website, CP24, throughout the online and social campaigns both as organic content and ads, as well as in the Presentation Gallery on a large media wall, the video had more than 7,200 views on YouTube and 83,000 impressions on social media, ultimately selling more than 75% of the first tower within 2 weeks of the launch and 60% of second tower within 1 month of the launch of the second phase.
