B13 is an exclusive Apartment Building with prestigious assisted living residences, designed by star architect Vincent Van Duysen and developed by Triple Living . The framework is sublime, the service unseen. The Building includes an indoor pool with spa, a hair saloon and a restaurant. Luxurious living with a magnificent View of the river Schelde.
