Architects brief emphasis was to create a sense of “local luxury”, allowing the design to maintain fluidity while staying polished and refined. The colour pallet keeps the mood grounded almost warmish so that the environment never assaults the senses, therefore allowing visitors to feel comfortable and hang around longer.
