Sailmakers E14 is a unique real estate development project both from planning architecture view, and functionality.

With an old listed east London Sailmakers centre site to become commercial, and three more sites (corner/west/east) planned as a mixed use residential and communal (work) spaces – it offers a fresh fusion of work-life balance for the young professional Londoners.

Situated between the City and Canary Wharf, Sailmakers E14 is a place to work, chill, network, relax and live in style and character , self sufficiently however very much co-communally.

In terms of CG art, great attention to detail was required to maintain and feature the listed site elements, both externally and internally, all a while creating a trendy, warm soft and welcoming interior design mood look and feel.
