We present the effect of successful cooperation with Kjellander Sjöberg Arkitektkontor from Stockholm. The visualisations were prepared for an invited competition, announced by the city of Östersund to design a quarter with various cultural functions, including a public library, concert hall, hotel and residential buildings.
