La Fabrique à Perspectives with Julien Raffard for a french architecture firm.

This project was commissioned to obtain city construction permits that usually doesn't require the best aesthetic quality images but we decided to be "all in" in this project so our client could use it for his communication, his website and so on.
Also we had a big constraint with the environnement which had to be perfectly similar to the real site where the project would be build and we achieve it pretty well in the end.
The buildings themselves were made of subtle tints and materials which we worked to get them perfectly so that the administrative file would go through without problem.
The double goal, permits and communication made this project very challenging and interesting.
