Realtime Interactive Touchscreen App

This interactive realtime 3D PC application was created for a client needing to pre-sell apartment and office space in a planned development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The application allows users to navigate anywhere within the project in 1st person or fly mode. Users can enter and explore any of the 589 apartments and 271 office spaces as well as public areas such as lobbies, gym, swimming pool etc... Realtime lighting with accurate sun placement lets viewers see the direction and the amount of light that would enter each specific apartment. User can also capture screenshots from within the app and send them via email to friends or family.

The app also includes a database system allowing users to see the up to date sales status of each apartment. Sales staff can easily enter new sales or reservations into the system over the web-based backend and changes are immediately reflected in the app.

Numerous touch screen kiosks were set up for the projects launch event to allow visitors to easily explore the development in detail. Touchscreen kiosks are also featured at the client’s show gallery and offices.
