This digital visualization was made to be published at Folha de São Paulo Magazine, as part of an invitation to architects to produce projects in diferent degradated neighborhoods of São Paulo - Brazil.

This image referes to the potential of uses in high density that the Architect Martin Corullon predicted in his projetct for Rebouças Avenue, a transit axis with heavy traffic that nowadays is sparsely ocupied by comerce and residential uses.
