This video was produced as part of a leasing marketing strategy for 20 Wellington retail and commercial space of the 58 storey residence 88 Scott.

The main objective was to attract the attention of large companies as potential tenants to take over the commercial / retail spaces by highlighting the key factors that make 20 Wellington a unique location on a visual narrative.

Given the fact the target market included non-Toronto residents, it was very important to locate the building and highlight the importance of its location. Therefore, the video starts with an intro locating the building on stylish tectonic plates, while highlighting the key intersections, subway stations and pedestrian flow facts. In order to highlight the energy and of its location, we decided to take the viewer on a time-lapse journey of scenes approaching the building and through the property during the same day.

The combination of slow camera movements, jump cuts, time-lapse movement and the visual compositions from day to night, helped set the right tone and pace of the unique opportunity culminating in the iconic view of the building with Toronto downtown as background. 20 Wellington East - Boutique in the Core.

The video is proving to be a strategic marketing and sales tool to attract the right tenants for this iconic building and location.
