Consultant, Adam Louie and Owner Mike Secrist, of F13 Design Studio are credited in creating this image. Adam Louie, was responsible for modeling this existing building on this 23 acre property.

Opening Ceremony happened just recently for this $230 million dollar, 23 acre development project. 10 years in the making and F13 Design studio was commissioned to do several renderings plus an animation.

This site was home to several different factories in its early times. From automobiles to a bleachery where they bleached and produced linens and textiles of all types. Now it is being re developed into an center for all ages. Winthrop University is right next to this site and near Charlotte, SC The project calls for a hotel, student housing for Winthrop University, residential homes, restaurants, and a sports complex that could attract about 3,000 visitors each weekend.

The image was generated to show the public the idea of converting this existing boiler plant, keeping the integrity of the building in tact, and converting it into a restaurant and entertainment venue, Modeled in SketchUp and 3DS Max, rendered using Corona renderer. Photoshop and ArionFX were used for Post Production.
