When starting your job at Mr P studios as a new artist we give them one week to create an image of anything they would like. With help from senior staff members and our art director they create an image with no client restrictions, the only rule is that they learn a new plugin or technique in 3d or post production. On this occasion we really helped Adam with post production techniques in Photoshop and NIk filters.
