Project Name: The Ink Barn

2015 Thesis Project for MFA Program at New York School of Interior Design

Description: The Ink Barn is a farm-to-table pizza restaurant located in Redford, Detroit. The town is becoming one of the largest urban farm experimenting ground in the country. Our goal is to design an urban farm and restaurant that incorporates a sustainable water and energy system. The space holds a vertical garden, aquaponic system, a wrap-around green house indoor/outdoor dining space, an interactive pizza making bar, a beverage bar and an underground art gallery.
