Our digital technology, VUITNOW, allows you to market residential developments in an easily digestible way, with greater emphasis on personal preference and the individual’s chosen route to buying their new home. This 3D interactive sales tool showcases the development across any desired platforms, from touchscreen and touchtables to tablets and video walls. We can also optimise for use on iPad.
Potential buyers are able to tour around the site and its immediate context, filter and search accommodation by either price, plot or number of bedrooms, with results highlighted on a either a 2D Master plan or a 3D model. They are able to select homes as favourites, saving and comparing to refine their selection to then arrive at their dream home choice.
Buyers can view conventional floor plans and apartment information, as well as being able to see full 3D exploded view of the apartment type and walk through the rooms at eye level. Whilst touring the apartment the user can make selections of finishes, from floors to walls to tiles and see the results visualised immediately. Everything can be selectable to match the particular sales offer, but we can also prepare ‘suggested’ interior design packages that work well together for the user to make a quick overview selection.
This technology has been used by Taylor Wimpey at Chobham Manor, Stratford and Barratt London at Catford to date.
