Project Supervisor - Arc. Akinnubi

The project aims create a symbiotic relationship the following facilities; a shopping galleria, a residential housing estate, a hospital and an engineering faculty building. This project focuses on the shopping galleria. The adaptive design of the shopping galleria proposes the use of anchor spaces that would continue to maintain the spirit of the building, while regenerating the urban fabric of the area. This project looks to give life to the immediate community, and spark urban regeneration in the communities surrounding shopping by creating an accessible central hub for these communities through the inclusion of shopping and recreational facilities.
