Used Google street view of the other side of the actual street for ground level window reflections.

Got there at 5am for location photography because traffic is usually constant in the day. Removed a lot of road construction items in Photoshop, mostly orange cones.

Modeled from a CAD drawing. It was very important for the CG building to match the real buildings as seamlessly as possible.
