This Huma Incorporadora residential architecture project, signed by Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos, is located in an upscale neighborhood in São Paulo, surrounded by residential and commercial buildings. Our challenge, producing the images and communication video, was to show the contemporary architecture of the real estate development. Both the film and images explored different facade materials - ceramic color match, thermal and acoustic comfort. The concept of recovery of the architecture of the city with low environmental impact, as well as the appreciation of aesthetics and functionality of the architecture, are also portrayed in all communication.
