This housing scheme is set out within the city centre of Cardiff, capital of Wales. The site is next to the cities main train station but also next to an important water root. So instead of building upwards the concept of the project is that it excavates all the earth out reaching water level. The aim is to create a new lifestyle for the comunity but also to promote a new way of building welsh houses.
