Interior visualisation images are notoriously more difficult to create from a visualisation point of view as detailing has to be of paramount importance and if not executed
correctly it will easily spoil an image as these renders are completed at extremely high resolution. It is also important to capture the correct feel for an image, you are trying to market a lifestyle to the purchaser and not just a space, in the example a bathroom. The viewer of the image has to believe that they could see themselves within the image and see past the fact that what they are actually looking at is a CGI.
