Interestingly this image is not of the first living room within the house but of the sitting room, a room rarely found in houses of today. A nice feature for any large property.
When creating this image
we worked very closely with a London interior designer to finalise specifications throughout. Realism was high on the agenda for this image and it was to be used as a mechanism to entice customers to the show home. Our images are artists impressions of what you would expect to be in place when a development is complete, however this image was produced to be a replica of the real thing. In essence you could stand in this room, look at the CGI and then back at the room and they should be as close to representing each other as possible.
