Security and a sense of community was the brief for this image. Many realistic aspects had to be considered for this image, such as the addition of people, their style, whereabouts and
how they would come across. Also a major selling point for this development was the security, offering large electronic gates as society is increasingly interested in living within gated communities. This image was used both for an application of planning permission and as a marketing tool to help sell the development from CAD plans.
