This summer house was designed for a couple of 35 years old, without children, that wanted a simple home and unostentatious. A place to rest and leisure, with a lifestyle of summer. It was creates a large garden in front and keeping much of permeable ground, beyond the creation of internal balconies, contributing to the climate of the residence. The dinner and the office are interconnected at the same time each room is separately maintaining its own characteristics. There was also physical separation of the bedrooms, one on each side of the residence while maintaining the privacy of the couple and guests and the future of their children.
