This is a realtime walkthru for one of the properties of our client, Mena, one of the oldest touristic real estate developments in Egypt.

This walkthru is based on a totally customized and modified version of ogre3D engine developed by Vertex Technologies. The content were created by Vertex Motion Studios.

First, the software is in the user walkthru mode which enables collision detection and furniture obstacle avoidance by stepping on furniture. Later in the video we switched to the debug mode in which the collision is turned off and the user can flythru the scene.
