Notes
This non-commissioned visualization is part of the APOCALYPTIC PROJECT MARNIX series, conceived as a personal exploration of architecture under extreme ecological collapse. Created independently, the image serves as a speculative extension of the main commissioned project, visualizing the consequences of environmental degradation in a fictional scenario.
Departing from conventional dystopian imagery, this scene centers around a lone child, acting as an emotional anchor. Their presence highlights fragility, memory, and resilience in the midst of decay — inviting viewers to reflect not only on the future of architecture, but on the human experience within it.
The base architecture was modeled by A2M and used with permission. The visualization was created using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Itoo Forest Pack, and Adobe Photoshop CC. Post-production, including atmospheric detailing and micro-texturing, was completed using Magnific AI and Krea AI.
