This visualization, titled “SÃO-PAULO STATE GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTERS”, showcases the conceptual design by A2M in collaboration with JAA Architects. The project envisions a mixed-use complex housing the State Government of São Paulo, Brazil, integrating office, retail, and communal spaces across 210,817 m² and grounded in Passive House principles, CO₂ neutrality targets, and circular economy strategies.

Inspired by tropical modernism and socially driven architecture, the scheme emphasizes climate responsiveness, biophilic integration, and public engagement. Through deliberate composition, dynamic natural light, and material contrasts, the image conveys both monumentality and a welcoming human scale.

The visualization was modeled in 3ds Max, rendered with Corona Renderer, and refined using Adobe Photoshop, Itoo Forest Pack, and enhanced with Magnific AI and Krea AI for final detailing and artistic touches.
