Title: Harrison This commissioned project, completed around summer 2024 for RTA Associates, a UK-based architecture practice, is located just outside Chelmsford in a quiet suburban area. The design focuses on a residential complex dedicated to senior living, aiming to create a comfortable, accessible, and socially engaging environment for its residents. The material palette combines traditional English brickwork with Corten steel elements, introducing a modern touch while respecting and preserving the identity of the place. All visuals were produced entirely in 3D, with no matte painting or photo compositing involved.
