This project was a collaboration between a Visualization Studio (The Rapid Eye Movement) and Interactive Studio (Creative Direction) to get a very large project completed within a very short time frame.

Creative Direction – Interactive Experience
We wanted to be transparent for the submission so that the judges could decide if a collaboration as such fits within the guidelines. We have collaborated before in this way with Creative Direction and have two other large interactive projects on the go. We think it's a great way for viz studios to get into more of this type of work without needing full time programmers and/or proprietary software which is typically only possible for large studios.

Magna by Jayman BUILT is a mid rise development in Calgary Alberta’s University District with stunning water features, European inspired kitchens, high level finishings and spectacular patio spaces. The sales center interactive display is an iPad guided experience using the newest technology where sales staff can personalize the sales journey by choosing which large, nine monitor video wall they want to use to share specific content. Content includes:
- A real time enhanced 3D model of the development where the user can filter available units by building, the number of bedrooms, window exposure and square footage.
- A two minute animation featuring exterior amenities and interior suites in both day and night lighting
- Thirteen virtual tours showcasing every available suite type, room layout, possible furniture layouts, finish levels, and window and patio views taken via drone photography
- Floorplans of each unit
- Renderings of interior and exterior suites and amenities
- Views from each floor taken via panoramic drone photography
- CRM integration
