The architectural project, envisioned an office tower that would serve as a catalyst for revitalization in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The design aimed to not only stand out amidst the city's existing architecture, but also to initiate a broader transformation of the surrounding neighborhood.

We wanted an evocative imagery of a colossal object in a less developed urban area, almost viewed from the perspective of a vehicle. We placed the viewer within the busy streets of Santo Domingo. Experiencing the building's scale and impact from a personal vantage point while stuck in the afternoon traffic jam, something that is quite usual in that road of Santo Domingo.
By strategically illuminating the helipad, we aimed to further emphasize the building's role as a guiding light, as well as using the electric lines as a metaphorical line that separates those in the helicopter, and those stuck with us in traffic.
