Adediran Ilerioluwa Aderibigbe and John Delia

This is the interior design of the Housing Joint Ventures office that will be on the first floor of the warehouse (in 4850 Bellevue St., Detroit, MI) after renovation. It is a view from the founder's (John Delia) desk. We were so careful to preserve the history of the building even with the interior of the office by retaining the bricks (but using the colour of the brand) and also having very sufficient daylight for the office where the neighbourhood can be appreciated.
