This project's briefing was to create an image that would translate a black wooden structure that would almost disappear into its natural environment. Inspired by the 'Mirror Cube' by Tham & Videgard, we took advantage of the mirrored surfaces to seamlessly blend the building with its surroundings, which would create a captivating visual experience where the building's reflection becomes indistinguishable from the background. This idea of an interior that it's simultaneously an exterior, with nature crawling inside, and mirrored walls that pulled the surroundings into the interior.
