Marina Puerto Salina, situated in Baja California, transcends its identity as a mere marina by evolving into a comprehensive residential and commercial development that prioritizes design infused with seamless urban integration. The project seeks to cultivate social interaction and repose within the urban fabric. Drawing inspiration from the organic and undulating forms of Baja California's maritime surroundings, its design boasts soft, flowing lines reminiscent of ocean waves and water movement. With a deliberate intent to capture an aerial perspective, the rendering process was skillfully executed using Twinmotion, underscoring the importance of creating an overhead view to comprehensively convey and articulate the project's vision. This approach emphasizes visual excellence while harmonizing with the natural elements and urban context that characterize the region.
