Nestled on the green hills of New Zealand's North Island, the 'Volcano House' draws its inspiration from the unique geothermal topography of the land.
An internal courtyard provides a sensory oasis, embracing a pool divided into a thermal spring-inspired hot pool and a calming pond. The courtyard becomes the heart of the house, serving as a refuge where nature, water, and architecture intertwine to create a meditative space for inhabitants to reconnect with nature and themselves.
