We were engaged to produce a set of marketing renders for a boutique apartment development, Pompallier on Ponsonby.

This mixed use building sits on a prominent corner in the city fringe and has retail on the ground level.

We chose to do this exterior render on a wet winter day with the sun just breaking through the clouds as we felt it made the building feel more urban and established in this heritage environment.
