Notes
The location proposed here concerns the installation for the showroom created in 1967 in Paris by the architect Gae Aulenti commissioned by the iconic Olivetti brand.
This interactive project is the result of a philological reconstruction and a digital processing that is part of a broader research project on the evolution of the purchasing experience from the nineteenth century to the present day. Under the pretext of offering a reflection on the dematerialisation of goods spaces, it is highlighted the potential of virtual space, intended not only as a source of recreation but also as:
- tool for valorising and disseminating cultural heritage
- tool for recovering lost cultural heritage.
