Hello, I'm Tigran, and I'm an architect and 3D artist from Armenia. I created this render for a New York-based real estate agency to serve as an authentic photograph for their initial advertisement. The outstanding results prompted the agency to choose my renders for their marketing. The architectural design is by Søren Rose Studio, and the building is the Park Avenue Penthouse & Rooftop.
