The design should serve as a testament to the cultural identity of the region while providing a modern and functional space for artistic expression, performances, and community engagement. The center will be a dynamic hub that fosters creativity, preserves traditions, and encourages cultural exchange. Concept : The concept of the cultural center has been inspired by the Emirati Dance Al Razfa, this inspiration came forth as a sort of a conceptual understanding towards the culture of UAE. The concept was initially inspired by the concept of dancing buildings and this concept later translated into being inspired by the dance. The reason why this element of inspiration was conceptualized on was because of the fluidity and dynamic rhythmic movement off the form itself. The movement later on inspired the design of the building which reflects the aspect of movement, fluidity, dynamic rhythm and clarity in circulation.
