The entire idea behind creating this walkthrough was to resonate with the architectural marvel that the city has to offer to its people. Columbo being the capital city, happens to be the center of attraction for all the ancillary facilities. That adds up to the significance of this project. The initial section of the walkthrough focuses on showing the connectivity between the Hotel and the rest of the city. The geometrical shapes used in the Reception Counters are worth noticing and were inspired from hexagon shapes in geometry. The metallic texture of these counters has been enhanced quite skillfully by some creative brainiacs. The mood has been planned to revolve around the Luxury yet Modern Lifestyle enjoyed by the people of Mumbai. Ceiling design with a vibrant group of chandeliers makes the setting just perfect for any visitor who would like to sit underneath and embrace the beauty of the colors they sprinkle throughout the hall. The subtle unfurling of the curtain that distributes the conference rooms into two areas and then later lifts it up as and when required makes the architecture look a lot more sustainable and user friendly. The facade is adorned with large-scale artwork, punctuating the Columbo skyline with vibrant color, while the ground floor welcomes visitors with state of the art . The hotel lobby leads into an eclectic living room space featuring modern furniture, neon signage, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The overall aesthetic is one of programmatic and structural expression, with the function of each guestroom registered on the facade as part of the design expression. The interiors were given with some extra strokes to make the movie speak for the architecture shown in it. Our creative team has worked hard enough to encapsulate the feel and design of this project from every possible perspective. The camera flow was stitched in a way that the viewer finds the accurate representation of the property in the most cinematic way possible. The exquisite 5-star hotel invites all the people around the globe to experience a world-class standard of living and considering this in mind 3D figures and Cromas of different faces and regions have been added to the film to make it bring the actual intensity in the walkthrough. Dawn always aims on adding and implementing all the possible visual effects, transitions, and music to bring out the magic associated with the property. Façade is one of the most important factors in certain building types, that completely transforms the occupant experience and the energy performance of the building. The Whole Building Design Guide showcases that the facade can have up to 40% impact on the total energy use of the building. In addition to the energy use, the facades also significantly impact the occupant productivity within a building and the appearance of the building. All the above factors have been kept in mind while creating a walkthrough for this one-of-a-kind structure i.e Cinnamon Colombo. The beauty of the floating clouds, changing skies, lavish entrances, crystal clear pools and world-class amenities is worth admiring and has been brought to life with days and nights of imagination and implementation.
