With the advance of technologies and climate change, humanity is increasingly in need of finding habitable places off the earth. On one of these journeys with no guarantee of survival, a team of volunteer astronauts come across a self-sufficient civilization of the species with non-human aspects amid a totally inhospitable and unknown atmosphere.
With some of the crew captured to be used as test subjects, there remains only one hope of being saved by the other crew members and thus making it back to land.
Every hour spent in this place is equivalent to a complete cycle on earth. Time is short and the hope of salvation is minimal.
